Privacy policy
The site has no account, advertising cookie, or AI API. The free tools do not submit puzzle inputs to a server. The Teacher Pack checkout is enabled on the production site: Waffo processes the one-time payment and the site stores the buyer email, order reference, payment status, and webhook event ID only to deliver or revoke the purchased download.
Hosting and security logs
The site is hosted through Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Cloudflare may process technical request and security information—such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent, and threat signals—to deliver, protect, and operate the service under its privacy policy and account settings.
We do not read browser passwords, local storage, or third-party game accounts. Solver inputs stay in the browser and are not submitted to an application server.
Analytics
Plausible receives aggregate page views and a small set of product events, such as using the solver, generating a puzzle, printing a worksheet, opening the free sample, revealing a hint, sharing a puzzle or downloading a dictionary. Events include only coarse counts, outcomes, word lengths, and optional campaign tags from a link's utm_source, utm_medium, or utm_campaign parameters; they never include the entered words, puzzle URLs, local storage, IP-address-derived profiles, or account identifiers. The Plausible script is loaded without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. See Plausible's data policy.
If you email our public correction address, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to the site operator. The message and its technical headers are processed only to review and respond to the request. Do not include passwords, game-account data, or other sensitive information.
Teacher Pack purchases
When the paid pack is enabled, payment is completed on Waffo's hosted checkout rather than on this site. The buyer email and order reference are used to confirm the signed payment webhook and issue a time-limited download link. Refund notifications revoke access. Waffo's own privacy and payment terms also apply to the transaction.
Future changes
If advertising, a payment provider, or a correction form is added later, this policy will be updated before that service is enabled.
