Teacher Pack order help

If you cannot retrieve your pack, email us from the address used at checkout and describe the problem. Include the order reference from your checkout return link if you have it. Reopen that return link to keep the reference, or enter it manually on thedownload access page.

For corrections and other reports

Include the page URL, the specific statement or result at issue, and the public evidence needed to reproduce the problem. For a puzzle record, include the displayed date and timezone.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, private game data, copyrighted databases, or material obtained from private APIs.
